Children's Book Week Contest: Make a Bookmark

In celebration of Children's Book Week, we honor those illustrators that make books so unique for children, by asking children to draw their own bookmark. Design one that reflects the joy you feel when reading and you might win a prize.

Age groups will be 3-6, 7-10, and 11-13. The winning bookmarks will be printed and made available for the public after the contest.

Forms for creating your bookmark will be available at the Youth Services Reference Desk starting May 1. Entries must be returned to the Youth Services Reference desk by 8 pm on May 6. The winners will be announced on May 10 for the beginnng of Children's Book Week, which runs from May 10 - 16.
