Genealogists: Knock Down That Brick Wall

The Troy Library Genealogy Study Group will be having two Brick Wall Nights: Tuesday, April 27, at 6:30 pm and Tuesday, May 25, 6:30 - 8:30 pm in the Library Meeting Room. Members and non-members are welcome to attend.

To prepare your brick wall, write down the information you have, the information you need, and all the sources you have checked for both the data you have and do not have. It is also helpful to create a family timeline to see where the gaps are in your information. You may wish to provide a handout with this information to group members to use as we provide suggestions for a solution. If you don't have a brick wall to bring, bring your experience and expertise to help someone else.
