Volunteer Your Time at the Library

Lynne Lambert - Posted on

ballsInterested in volunteering your time? The Library welcomes volunteers who do a variety of jobs that help us provide excellent customer service to our patrons.

Our Library volunteers:
• help shelve and organize books, music CDs, and periodicals
• retrieve and shelf hold items for our patrons
• straighten books, CDs and DVDs on the shelves, to ensure our collection is in perfect order. You can pick your favorite area if available
• prepare crafts for Youth programs, and assist during these events

If you are interested in volunteering, click on Volunteer Form in the Administration Links. Print and fill out the form, and return it to the Administration Office. We will review your application to see if we have openings in the area in which you are interested. If so, we will contact you for an interview. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated people with good organization abilities and an excellent knowledge of alphabetical and numeric sequences. We want to find a volunteer position that will be rewarding to you!

If you have questions, contact Phillip Kwik, Assistant Director.
